Asters* law firm is looking for an Associate / Corporate, Banking, Business Law practice groups Requirements: • University Degree in Law; • 3+ years of comprehensive experience as an Associate; • Good command of English, Ukrainian and Russian; • Study or working experience in the English language country is a plus; • Ability to work on a variety of legal issues and certain degree of specialized expertise in one or several areas of law; • Sound legal and business judgment; • Strong analytical, client relations management skills; • Perfect communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: • Provide clients with legal advice and representation in a professional, ethical and effective manner; • Handle clients’ matters and projects with limited supervision; • Expand practical legal solutions; • Build a client base and practice; • Take responsibility for final legal product; • Supervise and train lower level associates and legal assistants; • Draft, review and revise legal documents.
