Vacancy: Business Development Manager for recruiting agency.
Requirements:
• Successful experience of promoting services
• High-level negotiations skills
• Experience in presenting a company and its services
• Ability to find clients’ needs
• Fluent English would be a great plus
• Personal qualities: sociable, proactive, self-confident, result-orientated, client-orientated, willing to work in sales
Obligations:
• Active search and involvement of new clients, interested in staff recruitment;
• Preparation of individual business offers and tender documents;
• Active communication with actual client database;
• preparing and making presentations of the company and its services;
• Taking part in exhibitions, conferences and other core events;
• Generating new ideas on promoting the company’s services.
