We would like to announce an opening of a new position of PROCUREMENT/PURCHASING SPECIALIST in our Finance Department. If you want to work in a dynamic company this is your chance! Please send to us your CV in ENGLISH with your salary expectations.

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Represents and manages Purchasing activities within Philips Ukraine organization (non-Product related). Provide a purchasing support and day-to-day control of the purchasing function and assigned buyers.

MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:

- Optimize supplier base/supply base structure for Philips Ukraine organization in the following areas: Office supplies, IT related goods and services, Marcom services and POSm goods, Logistics and Distribution, HR services, Travel and Events, Car fleet.
- Set and execute the negotiation strategy and ensure negotiations with suppliers on framework contracts with arrangements on purchase condition, price and quality in order to exploit buying power
- Ensure the management of relationships with suppliers in a commercial, preferred or partnership framework
- Further development and optimization of Purchasing procedures in Philips, control of their execution
- Tender & regular benchmarking activity
- Training of newcomers in automatic purchasing system and implementation of its new versions
- Follow up of purchasing contracts (database, dates of expire, etc)
- Regular statistical reports and analysis
- Other tasks and projects which might be assigned

MAIN REQUIREMENTS TO A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Finance / Economic / Commercial education (university)
- 1 - 3 years Experience in finance/economic related business / similar position;
- Fluent in verbal and written English in addition to local language skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Working knowledge of 1C and SAP logistics module;
- Strong planning and analytical skills;
- Interpersonal and organization skills;
- Ability for planning and prioritizing work, understanding of the business needs, result driven;
- Demonstrate a clear Customer Focus and is pro-active in customer relationship management
- Demonstrate a Can-do attitude.
- Business mindset, network thinking,
- Extrovert and amiable personality
