MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
As Country IT manager shows functional IT leadership to the businesses in the country. Commit and enforce businesses to deploy of corporate and sector’s IT strategies and concepts. Relationships management for IT to its customers in Ukraine. The relationship based on Service Level Agreement, focused communication, quality processes and advice. Organization of IT services delivery and optimization in the country w.r.t. to quality, synergies and performance.
MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:
- In cooperation with IT function in corporate and sectors IT define the country IT strategy
- Organization of IT services delivery and optimization in the country w.r.t. to quality, synergies and performance, meet defined KPIs
- Accountability for IT costs budgeting and reporting for Philips Ukraine, i.e. AOP, coverage of all the costs, tariffs and billing, cost reductions and management reporting
- Consolidate Country customers demand, organize and contract implementation and perform suppliers management. Manage the country service delivery relationship with key suppliers of IT services (intercompany and 3rd parties)
- Coordinate with sectors and country management the use and deployment of x-sector IT systems
- Support the global and regional IT service lines in delivery of their services in the country
- Make sure appropriate support is given to the centralized applications roll-outs and the support processes
- Ensure continuity of IT services and data security
- Maintain the end user satisfaction level, process customers feedback
- Maintain the IT awareness and the key users education level for the efficient use of automation tools
MAIN REQUIREMENTS TO A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Education:
- High degree in information management or computer technologies
- Fluent English
Experience:
- IT services delivery management
- Business relations management
Knowledge:
- High level knowledge of IT infrastructure (network, PCs and servers management, telephony)
- High level knowledge of business applications (SAP, 1C preferable)
- IT service management and project management essentials (ITIL, PRINCE2)
Key capabilities:
- Understanding the business objectives and the business processes of commercial company
- Leadership skills, ability to encourage commitment
- High responsibility to deliver the services and support to meet customers business requirements
