For our further expansion in Ukraine we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfill Store Manager position in the cities: Donetsk, Poltava, Mariupol, Zaporozhye, Chernovtsy, Ivano-Frankovsk
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for entire store operation (sales, customer service, staff management, relations with regulatory bodies)
Budget responsibility (sales, costs, KPIs)
Involvement in expansion projects
Requirements:
High customer orientation
Experience with multinational or large Ukrainian companies is a strong plus
Successful experience in the sphere of retail or wholesale trade
20 plus employees in subordination
Practical knowledge of store operations is an advantage
Good knowledge of commercial legislation
Readiness for long-term business trips within Ukraine
English – intermediate minimum
University Degree (Economics, Commerce)
Hard-working, pro-active and energetic
Preferable location in Donetsk, Poltava, Mariupol, Zaporozhye, Chernovtsy, Ivano-Frankovsk
