Softjourn is looking for Senior Windows Internals Developer to work on a full time basis in Ivano-Frankivsk. You will have to be able to attend one month training in Toronto.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop software products related to Virtualization Technology, Datacenter Optimization, and Services Management Tools.
• Implement appropriate unit and system level tests to ensure high quality code prior to hand-off to Test Engineering.
• Mentor junior members of the team.
• Research new technologies
• Work closely with the Product Management, Support, and Test Engineering teams to achieve the highest business value for the company.

Skills:
• At least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in the following:
o C++, C#, or Java
o OOA/OOD/OOP
o Distributed systems
o Developing multi-process, multi-threaded applications
• Expertise in Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP and Windows NT internals
• Expertise in Windows system programming, including Win32, COM, WinDbg, Driver development, and IPC
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding and recognition of Design Patterns
