is seeking highly qualified professional for position Career Development and Training Manager (IT)
Aim of the position
Manage career development and training of IT staff. Ensure the IT organization has enough depth in terms of management and in-house expertise.
Qualification requests
Previous experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a management role in HR or Training and Development
Having led or participated in the elaboration of career paths and personnel development strategies is a big advantage
Experience in the IT or Banking fields is a plus
Higher education
Key skills requirements:
Good understanding of staff development principles
Fair understanding of a Bank’s organization
Fair general understanding of IT specific needs, function, job types and processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Pro-active
Independent
Diplomatic
Persistent, willing to make it happen despite obstacles
Service-oriented
Results driven
Flexible
Quick-learner
Fluent in English
