Demand and Supply Planning Manager, Kyiv
Our сlient – foreign Trade Production Сorporation successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine, is seeking a specialist on the position “Demand and Supply Planning Manager”, Kyiv.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assign roles and responsibilities within the unit. Ensure replacement solutions for absences and holidays of subordinates
2. Ensure quality and in-time availability of demand and supply plans
3. Ensure the quality of information and parameters used for planning
4. Arbitrate/negotiate in case of conflicting planning outcomes (i.e. between commercial and technical functions). Help resolving planning exceptions (i.e. frozen period exceptions,)
5. Plan and co-ordinate events such as new product launching and promotions
6. Organise and lead the MFR, WDSR and TDSR meeting
7. Organise regular bilateral meetings with producing and receiving markets to improve the Inter-Market Supply operations
8. Monitor and analyse performance to identify possible improvement areas and take/propose corrective measures (manage continuous improvement process)
9. Legal contracts with producing markets
10. Transport planning in case of FCA, FOB…
Main Requirements:
• Operational experience in Demand and Supply Planning
• Good knowledge and understanding of the commercial and technical functions
• Good knowledge and understanding of the company systems
• Understands key principles in Finance, Costing and Accounting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good English skills
• Management skills
• Project Management skills
