Responsibilities:
• Participate in creating of Networks strategy for Product Area Radio
• Support KAMs in creating of Market Plan and KAM strategy
• Take a role of Customer Solution Responsible
• Focus on creating Sales opportunities, Customer Buy-in and Preparation of proposal in the Company Business Process. Promote products and solutions from BNET PA Radio. Give Technical Support and guidelines on PA Radio Products, Network Design & solutions. Secure that the best technical competitive solution is offered. Participate in Sales Decision Point and Core Reviews meetings and in the “Red Team” tender reviews to secure the technical quality and strategy in tenders, support KAM organisations in answering RFIs and RFQs
• Be able to technically communicate Statement of Direction, Roadmaps, Products, Features and Ericsson Added Value.
• Participate in the Focus Area projects, development of product marketing material and provide technical workshops and presentations at the MU EECA and towards its customers.
• Participate actively in competence development workshops at the MU EECA in conjunction with Product launch / Marketing activities.
• Participate actively and assist in competence development of CSR’s in RAN
• Build competence network within Business Unit and with the Market Unit EECA.
• Traveling is part of the job.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of GSM and WCDMA Radio principles
• Customer and business orientation
• Experience from product marketing and/or technical sales
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to keep relations with internal and external customers
