Raiffeisen Bank Aval is looking for the Capital Markets Specialist. Description of function: Originating, structuring and Sale and secondary trading of capital market products: bonds, shares, promisary notes • meet clients/potential issuers to gain insight into their financing needs • relating capital market. • create financial products that suit a company’s financing needs • prepare the ground for the sale, price range, assess market demand, • ensure the correct documents are in place • manage most aspects of key transaction types and handle projects independently • Manage internal communication within RBAval and RZB Group and implement timetables for mandated transactions • trade / sell capital market products with investors on the secondary market Requirements: Higher education Minimum 3 years experience in either of treasury or capital markets Client and goal orientation; Dynamic and sales oriented people; Fluency in written and spoken English.
