RAIFFEISEN ВАNK AVAL is seeking highly qualified professionals for positions SME Underwriter Main tasks & Regular duties • to evaluate executive summaries, prepared by relations managers in order to make decision concerning the level of risk of certain operation and possibility of extension of loan in the limit of authorization; • to participate in Credit Committee meetings; • to authorize rating of SME customers in RDB system; • to introduce and to improve scoring systems for SME customers; • to develop, to introduce and to improve internal financial analysis methodology for SME customers; • to develop and to introduce methodology and regulation concerning the functioning of SME Risk management; • to change the conditions of existing credit products in line with the change of economic conditions and to suggest possible improvements of existing products; • to monitor SME credit portfolio and to advise on possible change of its structure; • to prepare and to perform seminars for SME Relations Managers; • to fulfill the internal banking rules and procedures. Requirements • University degree in Business/Economics or equivalent; • Fluency in oral and written English; • Strong analytical skills.
